[Curierul National - stiri] In brief - News: British developer Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund will invest 34 million euros in the expansion of the Shopping City retail park in Sibiu by 35,000 sq m, which is scheduled to open in November this year, the company announced on Monday. According to company representatives, the Sibiu Shopping City will host a 12,000 sq m Carrefour hypermarket, a 7,740 sq m store of furniture operator Mobexpert, a 1,000 sq m Flanco World store, a Proges store (1,200 sq m) and a 3,000 sq m extension of the Promenada Mall.
